We would be so heartbroken to find out something has happened to one of our items via transit so please email hello@little-stories.co.uk to let us know and we will organise a new toy out to you ASAP!

If for any reason you do not want to keep your item we are more than happy to offer you a refund within 14 days from order recieved and you will be credited back using your original form of payment within 10 working days. Please download our returns form here with your details and pop it in your parcel. Feedback is so important to us so please do let us know your reasons on the returns form. Unfortunately we are not yet in a position to offer free returns so customers are liable for p&p fees. We currently cannot offer exchanges

Once your order has been despatched you will be emailed with a tracking code to locate your parcel. Royal Mail will also get in touch with you with a 2 hour delivery window.

We ensure all our parcels are despatchd on time, however due to reasons outside our control you may experience delays. If your order has not arrived within 5 working days please contact us at hello@little-stories.co.uk

Due to the nature of our products being handmade we can only supply a limited amount of stock. We aim to restock as soon as possible however, if you would like to enquire about back in stock dates, please email us at hello@little-stories.co.uk

We will aim to get your orders picked, packed & despatched within 2 working days, please allow additional delivery time depending on your chosen postal service at checkout. You will be sent an email confirmation as soon as it is on its way to you with a tracking number.

For UK delivery we offer two services using Royal Mail, these are Tracked 24hr and Tracked 48hr.

Unfortunately, we are currently only shipping to UK. As we grow we hope to reach all our European and international customers.

Safety is very important to us therefore we have ensured all our toys are CE certified and compliant with EN71 standards. Our toys have been tested and certified by the leading inspection company Bureau Veritas. In addition to this we have carefully selected natural components to create all our designs and only use water based non toxic paints.

Although Little Stories is an online store, we have selected items also stocked in a handful of gorgeous boutique stores across the country.
